The rock video was the most popular political spot of the 08 election cycle. In point of fact it was not a political spot and was never played commercially as part of my campaign –– we couldn’t afford it. However, when we played it on our website it went viral with over a million hits. The mainstream media played it over and over, claiming they did not understand what it was about. I was a metaphor for life and the youth understood it immediately.
