At this presidential debate in 2007 the issue focused on getting out of Iraq when faced with a filibuster in the Senate. Gravel outlines a plan to break the filibuster. He also questions a pledge that Barak Obama made at an APAC meeting that everything is on the table. That pledge is code for the first use of nuclear weapons, which has been national policy since the Second World War.  In this case it references Iran.
